
Makes about 130g

30g Pinenuts
60g Land Cress
Zest of ½ Lemon
½ Clove of Garlic
30g Rapeseed Oil
15ml of Lemon Juice
Sea Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Place the pinenuts, land cress, lemon zest and garlic in the mini bowl of a food processor and blitz until chopped.

Add the rapeseed oil and lemon juice then blitz until it forms a thick chunky sauce.

Finally, season to taste.
